Finding one’s purpose provides tremendous clarity and motivation not only to oneself but it also inspires the teams and businesses that the leader operates in. People Matters in association with XED Learning Solutions conducted a webcast titled “Are you leading with a purpose?” The webinar was led by Prof. Allan Filipowicz, Associate Dean at Cornell University.
