Business Need: A year-long multi-modular programme revolving around Purpose Driven Leadership and Exponential Growth Strategies for one of India’s largest conglomerates engaged in Textiles, Apparel, FMCG, Aviation, and Machine tools.
Solution: The programme was designed after several face to face diagnostic interviews with the Chairman, CEOs, CHRO and their direct reports.
Classroom Modules were held in Mumbai and New York. The Purpose Driven Leadership frameworks were followed up with Coaching Sessions. The week-long New York Module included classroom sessions and industry visits. The Classroom Sessions included Design Thinking, Digital Business, Strategy, Operations Management, Critical Thinking and Change Management. Action learning projects were scoped with support from Faculty and reported out over several online engagements.
