Business Need: Alzheimer’s Association decided to consolidate into one national organization in efforts to make the association operate more effectively on the service and research fronts. As a single unified organization, Alzheimer’s Association looked to Chicago Booth to design a leadership program for their area, regional and chapter leaders.
Solution: Chicago Booth and the Alzheimer’s Association partnered to create the Learning Institute for approximately 180 Alzheimer’s Association leaders. In 2016 and 2017, the Learning Institute focused on Leading Organizational Change and High- Performance Leadership, respectively.
Chicago Booth is the only business school to have permanent campuses and staff on three continents. Each campus offers a world-class environment both in and outside the classroom.
