Business Need : An Asian Government needed to build a Leadership Pipeline to take Top Leadership Positions in a short period of time covering 150 participants. The participants were mostly Senior Leaders who manage diverse roles across divisions. The participants therefore needed to get better at managing people, coaching and mentoring, and leading teams to succeed.
SOLUTION : Worked closely with Dean – Prof. Gerry George and other faculty at Singapore Management University to design a 3 day programme covering developing self, developing teams and building Innovation culture. The cohort sizes were limited to 30 participants and we completed 5 Cohorts for the programme.
