Business Need: A prominent Asian Government body was keen to infuse a strong coaching and mentoring culture within the organisation. People and practices were moving away from 'command and control' behaviours to more inclusive leadership.
Solution: A powerful 2 Day ‘Creating a Coaching Culture’ Programme was developed after several iterations and inputs from the government leadership team. Classroom Modules were held in the region. Coaching frameworks were followed up with face to face coaching sessions. The two day programme was designed to facilitate maximum peer to peer learning as well. Pre programme reads and Post Programme Assignments were designed to fortify the learning from the engagement. The programme was immensely successful with a few participants even demonstrating a 3x improvement in the Coaching skills post the programme.
